If you are reading this let me first thank you for caring enough about my family to see if you could help. I am constantly humbled by the people God has used in my life. Those that are willing to partner with my family will receive a report both for the overall finances of the trip as well as the gospel moments God allows our family to share. If you are able to help my family financially here are the details of both trips.
The first trip will be taken Nov. 9-14th of this year. The second trip will be in September of 2012. Because of the overall cost of this trip I am starting now to try to raise the support. One way in which people have helped in the past is by donating enough sky miles to purchase an airline ticket. This is by far the single greatest expense for the trip to Africa. Because this amount is so much larger than any past trips, I want to be transparent about where exactly the money will be going. Anyone that makes a donation can at any point request a breakdown of exactly where the money raised was used. Below is the breakdown for the costs for the two trips:
Guatemala:
$1,628 Airfare ($407 per person x 4) (Thankfully this need has already been met)
$1,600 for lodging and transportation ($400 per person x 4)
The final $1,600 will need to be raised by Nov. 4th
Africa:
$ 5,200 for airfare ($1,300 per person x 4)
$ 2,800 for hotels and transportation ($700 per person x 4)
$ 900 Books and resources for Pastors and their wives.
$ 486 Immunizations for Grace and Emma
