How You can Help

Church on The Way has been blessed in so many ways since its inception. Our very first meeting place was donated to us for the first nine months. The chairs that we sit in every week were a gift from a couple of caring individuals. God has always used the kindness of others to meet our needs as we trust in Him to provide. This page will serve as a place where we can make our needs known to you our fellow friends and family in Christ. God continues to grow our vision and our church as He does check back to see if God has given you the time, ability or resources to help COTW complete its mission.

Most pressing needs as a church:

1. We are continuing to move forward on the building downtown.  There are several things we need to finish the building to enable us to get a permanent CO which will lift our occupancy limit from 100 to 350 people.


  • The First is a set of 2 Hour Fire Rated doors these cost $1,300 just for the doors then another $300 for installation for a total of $1,600.
  • The Second is a new set of front entry way double doors that will cost $1,100.  Unfortunately this will mean completely redoing the front wall where the entrance has to be make which will cost and additional $1,500 for a total of $2,600.  
  • The Third thing needed is new flooring in the children's dept.  This is estimated to be another $750 for all three rooms and the hallway.

2. We are seeing some great things coming out of The Way Café!  To keep those things coming we need you!!!  We have been trying to get all of our systems ironed out so we can start including more volunteers into the process without over-whelming people.  We still have a ways to go but we are ready to incorporate a new group of volunteers to get involved.  If you have a day, afternoon, or even a couple of hours that you want to give to the gospel please click on this link and fill out this short application to let us know! 3. The third greatest need is to update our video recording software. God has been using our internet broadcasts of the messages in ways we had not even thought possible previously.  The current software is four years old and cannot handle the video footage shot with our HD camera that was so generously donated to the church. To update all the software will run the church around $1000. This is not something we foresaw when we budgeted hence until next year it’s not really an option for us.
